Around The Block

Strada Maggiore is part of the Roman Via Emilia. The street has the typical bolognese portico's between medieval houses, palaces and churches, from Porta Ravegnana to Porta Maggiore.

At the start of the street there is the church of S. Bartolomeo of the XVIIth century. On the right hand side of the street one of the most beautiful and well kept churches in Bologna, the Basilica of Santa Maria dei Servi.

The Neighborhood

The apartments are located in a strategic area of Bologna: Strada Maggiore is in fact a street full of commercial and craftsmanship shops, as well as museums that connect directly to the two towers.

Further down the road, towards the two towers, is the Museo Davia Bargellinie, the famous Isolani Court. A few steps away are the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, the Museo della Musica, and the Giorgio Morandi House-Museum.
